Yes ( I understand Elite Staffing deducts a fee of $49.50 from the biweekly pay. I understand taxes are not taken out and that I am responsible for filing as a 1099 Independent Contractor. I also understand that at the time of enrollment with a client, a one time $30 background check fee will be required in order to secure a position in the client's training class.

Arise requires you pass a assessment before you can enroll with our clients. You may take this yourself. The assessment can only be taken once every 30 days if failed. I do offer to take the assessment for $35. Would you like me to take it for you?
